ECHA has published a new version of its "guidance in a nutshell" on requirements for substances in articles. The document aims to help companies producing, importing or supplying articles to identify their obligations regarding substances in articles. It briefly explains key aspects such as the concept of an article, obligations for registration, notification and communication, and possible exemptions from these obligations.
