EU publishes amendments to REACH Annexes I and XIII

The European Union has published the amendments to REACH Annex I, covering the general provisions for assessing substances and preparing safety data sheets, and Annex XIII, the criteria for the identification of persistent, bioaccumulative and toxic substances, and very persistent, very bioaccumulative substances in the Official Journal. These amendments are now legally binding.
